RETURN POLICY
Poule des Bois accepts returns only on products purchased at regular price and on clothing with size selection ONLY on https://pouledesbois.com within 15 days following the date of receipt of your order. ATTENTION IT IS YOUR DUTY TO READ THE DESCRIPTION OF THE CLOTHES CAREFULLY IN ORDER TO KNOW THE FIT OF THE CLOTHES (SMALL OR LARGE OR NORMAL) IF YOU DO NOT READ THIS INFORMATION AND YOUR CHOICE CAUSES A RETURN, THE RETURN COSTS WILL BE YOUR OWN CHARGE.

WE ACCEPT returns but we do not do exchanges. You will need to re-order.

It is important to keep all documents included in the order in case you want to return a product(s). Keep all emails received regarding the order as they may provide important information.

WE ONLY TAKE BACK NEW ITEMS.

Returned items must be in their original packaging and in new condition with tags, meaning they must not have been worn, used or washed. To be considered new, a product must be clean, odorless and free of animal hair. It is at the discretion of Poule des Bois to decide if the product is no longer in acceptable condition.

If any of these conditions are not met, the return will be refused and the items will be returned to you AT YOUR EXPENSE.

Please note that Poule des Bois only pays return costs if you use the carrier's pre-printed label.

We will refund the returned item in the form of applicable gift certificates in our store, no delivery charges will be refunded.

Products at 25% off or more or marked FINAL SALE are non-refundable.
